Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, start an evaluation or purchase Ironwood AI. This can include your name, email address, organisation, role, enquiry details, evaluation activity and licence-related information.

Paid subscriptions

Professional and Team subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We send Stripe the information needed to create and manage checkout and subscription records. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's checkout experience and are not stored by Ironwood Solutions.

We retain purchase and licence records needed to provision, validate, support, renew, suspend or revoke a licence. These records can include your email address, subscription identifiers, plan, licence status, developer allowance and licence activation information.

Evaluation

When you start an evaluation, we may store the details needed to verify your request, issue an evaluation licence, track permitted downloads and activations, and support the evaluation experience. The current evaluation is 30 days for 2 developers with 1 active installation and the Professional feature set.

Email delivery

We use email service providers, including Resend, to deliver evaluation messages, licence information and service-related communications. We provide only the information required to send those messages.

Connected AI and source-control providers

Ironwood AI is designed to run in your environment and connect to providers you configure. Your use of third-party AI, source-control and other integrations is also subject to the privacy terms of those providers. Ironwood Solutions does not receive your provider credentials through the public website purchase flow.

Review content and source code

Ironwood AI is designed so your source code, review content and configured engineering knowledge remain within the customer-controlled review path. Ironwood's hosted licence service is used for evaluation and licence validation and is separate from the code-review path.

How we use information

We use information to operate the website, respond to enquiries, provide evaluations, process purchases, provision and validate licences, deliver support, prevent misuse, maintain business records and improve Ironwood AI and our services.

Website analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate website usage and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legitimate operational, support, security, accounting and legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold.
