About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Ironwood Solutions website, request an Ironwood AI evaluation or purchase a paid Ironwood AI subscription. By using a paid licence, you agree to these terms together with the plan details shown at the time of purchase.

Evaluation

The evaluation is provided so you can test Ironwood AI before purchase. The current evaluation runs for 30 days, supports 2 developers and 1 active installation, and includes the Professional feature set. No credit card is required to start an evaluation.

Evaluation access may expire automatically or be restricted where the evaluation terms, technical controls or permitted use are exceeded. Reinstalling Ironwood or requesting a fresh activation code does not restart the evaluation period.

Paid subscriptions

Professional is offered at US$15 per active developer per month. Team is offered at US$200 per month for up to 20 developers. Enterprise pricing and terms are agreed separately for larger or different requirements. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Professional and Team subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Stripe processes subscription payments on our behalf. There is no annual commitment unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

If a payment fails, access may be limited or suspended. When a subscription ends, the associated licence may be revoked. Cancellation stops future renewal; amounts already paid are not automatically refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by Ironwood Solutions.

Licence use

A paid subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Ironwood AI within the developer limits and other conditions of the plan you purchased. Professional is licensed by active developer. Team covers up to 20 developers. Enterprise use is governed by the applicable agreement.

You must not share licence keys outside the licensed use, circumvent licence controls, resell Ironwood AI as your own product or use the software unlawfully.

Repositories, reviews and codebase size

Professional and Team do not impose a separate charge based on repository count, number of reviews or codebase size. Technical limits may still apply where necessary to protect the product, infrastructure or third-party services from misuse or unsafe operation.

AI-provider and infrastructure costs

Ironwood AI connects to AI, source-control and infrastructure services that your organisation configures. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI provider usage, cloud costs and other third-party charges are separate from the Ironwood subscription and remain your responsibility.

Engineering responsibility

Ironwood AI assists code review; it does not replace engineering judgement. AI-generated findings can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing findings, deciding whether to act on them, testing changes and determining whether software is suitable for production.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Ironwood AI and its supporting services available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may update features, integrations, technical requirements or plan details as the product evolves. Material commercial changes will not retroactively alter a billing period you have already paid for.

Intellectual property

Ironwood Solutions retains ownership of Ironwood AI, the website, documentation and related intellectual property. These terms do not transfer ownership of your source code, repositories or engineering materials to Ironwood Solutions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ironwood Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Ironwood AI, third-party providers or decisions made from AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer or other rights that apply to you.
