Professional

Professional costs US$15 per active developer per month. There is no annual commitment. Ironwood does not add separate charges for repositories, reviews or codebase size. Your AI provider usage is billed separately by the provider accounts your organisation configures.

Team

Team costs US$200 per month for up to 20 developers. It uses the same core Ironwood product as Professional. The difference is the fixed monthly commercial model for a team of up to 20 developers.

Enterprise

Enterprise is for organisations that need a larger developer allowance, different commercial terms, deployment or rollout assistance, custom support arrangements or SLA options.

Licence validation is separate from the code-review path. Review content is not sent through the Ironwood licence service. See Security & data flow for the review-data boundary.

AI-provider usage is separate

Ironwood does not resell model tokens or add a per-review AI charge. Hosted AI usage is billed directly by the provider account you configure. A local model such as Ollama uses your own infrastructure.

Offline grace for paid licences

Eligible paid licences can continue operating for their assigned offline grace period when the licence service cannot be reached. Normal validation resumes when connectivity returns.
